Family with children disaster

I thought I was staying at a hotel, but it felt more like a nightmare. The room was so dirty, I found hair all over the sheets and a used towel with hair stuck to it!

It certainly wasn’t cheap, but I guess they think they can charge a premium for this type of horror.
